I was lucky enough to make Villa Itria my home for two weeks this summer, and it was absolutely incredible. Not only is the house impeccably well designed, but it has a wonderful, peaceful energy throughout. It is truly an oasis of tranquility and beauty. Every single material used in the construction of the home, as well as the gorgeous furnishings, is exquisite. From the furniture, to the landscaping, to the lighting, to the gorgeous ceramics, the environment is curated with exceptional taste and attention to detail. What made my experience truly special was the incredible hospitality of Luigi and Jared. They took such unbelievably good care of me, and made sure my time there was full of authenticity and adventure. Their knowledge of the surrounding area was so extensive, that I feel like I got the ultimate Pugliese experience. They sent me to the best beaches, restaurants, and stunning villages to explore. Everywhere I went I only had to say I was a friend of theirs, and I was met with open arms. I miss them and can't wait to go back! I can't wait to come back to this magical place. I spent hours and hours looking at villas for our family to stay in during our week long visit to Puglia in July 2023. As soon as I saw the first enchanting images of Villa Itria I knew instantly that I had found the perfect one for us, and on arriving it far exceeded my expectations. Besides being stunningly beautiful, what made our stay at Villa Itria so special was the service, care and attention to detail from Luigi and Jared. They could not have been more welcoming and accommodating and were so helpful with all of their suggestions to make our stay more special. There is so much love, care and thought that has been put into creating this magical home that you can’t help but have an incredible stay. We loved the peaceful feeling of the villa and the privacy it afforded, the beautiful interiors, the amazing outdoor spaces that allowed us to enjoy different zones of the villa depending on the time of day or the weather and the swimming pool that is just spectacular - one of the loveliest that we’ve ever experienced. I feel so grateful to have stayed here and hope that we might be lucky enough to visit again one day. We had the absolute pleasure of staying at the stunning sanctuary of Villa Itria under the wonderful care and hospitality of the villa’s owners Jared and Luigi. The design of the entire property is intoxicating and inspiring. It captures the essence of Puglia through the thoughtful curation of earthy, terracotta tones, the mix of nostalgic Italian antiques with the playful splatter ceramics of that region, the white wash exterior, contrasted against the soft greens of the cacti and brought together with Jared’s memorising art work. We were able to unwind in utter peace and indulge in our beautiful surroundings. The Villa is in a charming location, with many surrounding areas to explore. We were so grateful to have Luigi to attentively plan our days, make reservations and help us navigate the region. We can’t wait to visit again!
